Premier Riverfront Community

Thank you for considering BCL Homes!

Located in Rocky Point NC, the Brick Chimney Landing community features one and two-story single-family homes starting in the mid $300s. The homes and community are designed and built with the coastal Lowcountry in mind. The gorgeous Cape Fear River provides an incredible backdrop to our amazing property. Proposed amenities to this riverfront community include a boat launch, kayak and paddleboard launch, and pavilion.

BCL Homes, based in Hampstead NC, was founded by Trent Talbert and Jeff Pitts through their years of friendship. Trent Talbert has deep roots in the community that extends back many generations. The vision to develop what once was his family’s farmland was realized when Trent and Jeff, an experienced custom home builder from Hampstead, formed a partnership to build quality homes that they would be proud to put their names on. Brick Chimney Landing in Rocky Point NC was started in 2017 allowing new families to experience living in the riverfront community of Pender County, Additionally, it was important to “build in” the kind of added value that would lower the long-term cost of home ownership. Through this partnership and commitment, BCL Homes has grown and continues this belief outside of Brick Chimney Landing with several homes throughout the area.

Last few lots available in phase 5. Phase 6 is now open!

Our Community

Brick Chimney Landing has a rich history as an important transportation point on the Cape Fear River. In the early 1900s goods and supplies such as fertilizer and seeds were brought up river from Wilmington to Brick Chimney Landing. People from inland Pender and Duplin counties would come to get these necessities for their farms. Today the site hosts beautiful homes and amenities for families seeking value & privacy in a river front setting.
